Justin, Thank you for concern. I've expressed my issues with your GM, your assistant GM, and all that need to know within the dealership. I haven't contacted VW yet, I might do so. No disrespect meant - but unless you're upper management, not connected to the dealership directly, I don't know what good it would do. I've bought my car. Like my car. Justin, I just received an email from Gino Dellomo. In my previous correspondence, I stated that I talked to him. Why would I need to talk to him again? I've aired my dissatisfaction at the dealership. As a customer, your team failed on so many levels. That was my experience. Mine. I'm sure Gino feels he's done his job in fixing the situation. To an extent he did. But first impressions are lasting. World VW's fist impression wasn't good. If they didn't have the car I wanted I would have walked. What can the dealership do now?
