Excellent Service I went to VW in Tinton Falls to check out CPO vehicles. Before my visit I had checked out the stock on their website, and had narrowed down my choices I went to VW in Tinton Falls to check out CPO vehicles. Before my visit I had checked out the stock on their website, and had narrowed down my choices a bit. It was still a hard decision since there were so many great deals to choose from. I was not sure which car I wanted but was assisted and allowed to test drive three different vehicles a Passat, Tiguan and a Golf. After the test drives I was able to narrow down my choices and given the car fax to review the car service history of each vehicle. They also made things easy and reviewed the financing options to determine what the monthly payments would be. I was able to set up insurance the same day, even though I was there after closing time. I was not able to complete the financing process since they were closed, but with a $500 deposit I was able to drive home with my new vehicle that same day. Overall, it was a very easy car buying experience for me, especially since it was my first time purchasing a vehicle. More

BEST experience EVER at a dealership! My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience at World Volkswagen Neptune last Saturday! We both agreed that it was the BEST experience we've ever had My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience at World Volkswagen Neptune last Saturday! We both agreed that it was the BEST experience we've ever had at a car dealership (in 25-30 years). We had visited another VW dealership immediately prior to this one at which the salesman was condescending, contentious and just plain rude -- the worst experience either of us have ever had at a car dealership. Visiting World VW Neptune was a breath of fresh air! John (the General Sales Manager), Nick (our Sales Consultant), and Steve (the Finance Manager) treated us with respect, courtesy and thoughtfulness. They were approachable, friendly and happy to answer our many questions. We told them we were hoping to lease a car in the next few weeks but definitely wouldn't be leasing one that day. Well, after Nick's patient attentiveness (showing us all the features and advantages of a Jetta, taking us for a test drive, getting the numbers for us depending upon $ down, etc...) wouldn't you know that I drove home a couple of hours later in my new, leased Jetta! John, Nick and Steve stayed well past closing, along with 5 in-house detailers who prepared my car in record time. Also worth mentioning... Since it was after 6:00 on a Saturday, our car insurance company was closed. John and Nick confirmed that, legally, we had at least a few days to add the car to our policy so I could drive it home right away. I was concerned about driving it before it was added to our policy and said I would just drive it home and then wait until Monday or Tuesday, until we officially added it. A little while later (while we were awaiting the car being detailed), John gave me a document saying, "I didn't want you to feel uncomfortable, so we just gave you a week's worth of insurance." I didn't even know this could be done! So very thoughtful! We absolutely recommend World VW Neptune!! More
