Professional Up-Front, Cut Corners Elsewhere I had a pleasant experience with the World Volkswagen staff during our time there. However, several things turned me off after I left the dealership w I had a pleasant experience with the World Volkswagen staff during our time there. However, several things turned me off after I left the dealership with my 2015 Volkswagen Passat. After purchasing my vehicle, I discovered that the windshield wipers on the car were extremely worn and skidded across the windshield, barely clearing the windshield in the rain, resulting in a dangerous 4-hour ride back to my University. Additionally, halfway through my ride back to school, the "change oil," light came on, which was very disappointing seeing as I had driven the car off the lot the day before. Finally, less than a week after purchasing the vehicle, the engine began having trouble turning over. Now, three weeks after purchasing my car, I find myself searching online for shops that can give me new wipers, an oil change, and help me find out what the heck is going wrong with my car that the engine isn't turning over. In summary, World Volkswagen was a pleasant experience during my time there, but an absolute nightmare after I drove the car off the lot. I do not know if this is an isolated incident, or just me. Either way, you have been warned! More
