Jetta 2019 Purchase of first car My dad and I walked in to the dealership and were greeted by Jay. We took a short test drive as he was explaining car features (sick car btw) and went back to his desk. They have free food btw, right before the drive my dad was having a nice feast on the bagels and coffee lol Anyways, we got back to his desk and took a quote. My budget wasn't too high, and was definitely less than the purchase price of the car. These guys offer crazy discounts to begin with, one of the reasons we came here other than it being close to where we live. But it was still a bit high. After negotiations, we got the price reduced by an extra few hundred or so and settled on the deal! He's a great guy and saw our perspective all the while trying to sell the car in a way that benefitted both parties. More

Awful condescending service STAY AWAY!!!!! Service was awful. Walk in to no greeting whatsoever and hunting down someone to help you. I've never seen a dealership who allows staf STAY AWAY!!!!! Service was awful. Walk in to no greeting whatsoever and hunting down someone to help you. I've never seen a dealership who allows staff to wear wrinkled Hawaiian shirts and shorts...but they do! SAD!! Salesman was just pathetic. I was ready to buy immediately and told him what else I saw. He told me to go elsewhere...literally...not even $1 of wiggle room. Not sure what his deal was. But this dude was just #AWFUL! This is a used pick up with 2 "damage" claims on Carfax and visible imperfections. My salesman SUCKED(Joseph was his name)! I left and purchased a truck $10k more than theirs. Don't waste your time with this inexperienced staff...well at least they stuck me with some schmo with no experience. I've owned high end vehicles and he treated me like crap. Truly sad experience! Can't tell you how disappointed I was here. Not sure they'll care but Joseph treated me like $hit. I hope this salesman finds a profession that allows him to treat people with more respect. Either way...he lead me to a MUCH better deal. More
