Exceptional Car Buying Experience Isaac helped get me into an awesome certified pre owned (basically NEW) VW Passat with tremendous value. I was looking to upgrade from my 2002 Ou Isaac helped get me into an awesome certified pre owned (basically NEW) VW Passat with tremendous value. I was looking to upgrade from my 2002 Outback and made my way to World VW to explore all the options available. They had a large selection among their inventory between different models, trims and colors available to help you find the perfect fit for taste and budget. More important than having a good inventory though was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Isaac was extremely thorough in making sure he found me the perfect vehicle, by the end of the process I was sure he knew what I wanted more than I did. When making a large investment into a vehicle, it was great to have someone like Isaac to navigate through the overwhelming amount of options available. I like to be patient when car buying and make sure to find something I will be happy with for many years(I had been driving a car from 2002 until 2017). Isaac stayed patient with me through the entire process and was determined to get me the right car. Finally he found a beautiful certified pre owned Passat with single owner, clean car fax, low mileage, turbo, smart phone connectivity, and a rear camera that I could not pass up. Isaac made sure to show me the car quickly because he knew it would not last long with the low prices that they list their vehicles. I was able to get a bumper to bumper warranty through 100,000 miles and finance the car at such a low rate that I know it is an investment I will be happy with for years to come. World VW really sets the tone for how car buying should be: friendly service with quality inventory that is priced even better. More

I traveled about 3 hours to look at a car in their inventory that I found online. Once I got there, I was immediately greeted and provided the car for a test drive that I came so far to look at. He was very friendly and attentive to my needs and requests. I ended up purchasing the car and everything is running fine after the first week. The reason for three stars would be that I felt like I was being rushed during the sales process and the fact that I knew more about the vehicle/Volkswagens in general than he did was a bit concerning (for example, don't just sell me a car on cargo space and frilly bells and whistles, rather be able to explain the car's powertrain features). Also, while on the phone, transferring insurance information with my provider, our call got dropped and this never was subsequently never handled. After this dropped call, I went in the office to sign paperwork with the financing guy, Mark Mendez, who was a very thorough and professional gentleman. Upon finishing this step, I left Mark's office and Dylan still hadn't restarted the process to transfer my insurance information. Not this this a huge deal, but it's the little things that deserve a 5-star customer service rating. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase with World VW and hope to keep/drive this Volkswagen for a long time to come. More
