Thank you for a good experience I bought a CPO '15 Passat yesterday and worked with Josh Wilson. I had a '13 Passat SE and loved the car but totaled it last week so had to go out I bought a CPO '15 Passat yesterday and worked with Josh Wilson. I had a '13 Passat SE and loved the car but totaled it last week so had to go out and replace it. I had spent countless hours online, on the phone with dealerships, and actually in dealerships and found most of the people I dealt with to be the "typical used car salesman" that gives the good cars salespeople a bad name. Fortunately that was not the case at World VW. I knew what I wanted, what the car costs, and what I wanted to pay. I worked with Josh Wilson who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and if he didn't have an answer he didn't xx me, he quickly got me one. He was understanding of my personal situation and worked with me where he could to help accommodate my need to keep my cost at a specific price. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and is definitely as asset to your dealership. He genuinely cared about my needs/requirements in a car and not his next sale. Thank you for a very easy and pleasurable car buying experience. As long as I didn't buy a lemon I can honestly say that no one came close to your prices and service. He helped us a few years ago with the previous car, the entire dealership is fantastic and ridiculously sympathetic to my mother's situation. After only a short time and a few different test drives we had the car that was perfect, another Jetta, the price was incredible the payments are perfect and the dealership is in contact always making sure things are fine. Roy had even helped my mother with the new features in the new car.
