Fast service Excellent service. Dropped my car off for a scheduled maintence and they did not try to sell me unnecessary fixes. I waited and it took a reasonable a Excellent service. Worst Service I just picked up my car from a routine service. After spending $900 for the routine service and additional services that they sold me, I started my c I just picked up my car from a routine service. After spending $900 for the routine service and additional services that they sold me, I started my car only to find that the front running light that was out when I dropped the car off for service (and requested to be repaired) is still out. This dealership, and their sister dealership in Toms River where I purchased the car, have no problem selling you every service imaginable, but they can't even fix a light bulb. The service notes from the technician literally state that all lights are working!!! So, they are either blind or completely ambivalent. This dealership has no concept of quality service or customer satisfaction. I will never buy another Volkswagen and I will never again deal with another World dealership. More
