Great service I had a terrific service with World VW. My car was taken promptly upon my arrival and the various aspects of the service I was getting was explained t I had a terrific service with World VW. My car was taken promptly upon my arrival and the various aspects of the service I was getting was explained to me. Unknown to me I was entitled to a free oil change which was explained to me. I asked for a tire rotation in addition to the oil change and the charge for this was explained. When service was completed I was informed the tires did not require rotating so there was no charge. A 21 point inspection was also done. I certainly intend to continue servicing my two VW's here with this kind of honesty and thoroughness. More

Switched Quotes ery poor experience. We dealt with their online Manager, Karissa. She sent my husband a quote on a car we were interested for my daughter. However, sh ery poor experience. We dealt with their online Manager, Karissa. She sent my husband a quote on a car we were interested for my daughter. However, she kept trying to sell him a car that was less money. We all the way down to Neptune. My daughter test drove the car and was very excited. They brought out two different quotes that were totally different. They told us the quote we received was for the "other" car (cheaper) that we never wanted. It seems that they brought another car into the picture to lure us down there with one price, then switch to another and we all know what that is called. I emailed the manager, Justin multiple times and he did not even have the managerial skills to return my email or call my husband. Needless to say, we took our business (and many friends and family) elsewhere. My daughter was very disappointed, but it was a life lesson learned. Save yourself the trip! More
