Unforeseen Purchase, Fantastic Experience. One day I stopped in at World VW's service department to have them turn on some features on a used factory radio I bought so I could have more feature One day I stopped in at World VW's service department to have them turn on some features on a used factory radio I bought so I could have more features. They tried their best but due to the computer programming in the car I was unable to use the radio. Being a bit bummed, I went over to how showroom to browse the cars there. After speaking with Roy Draper, I discovered it would be possible to get into a better featured Jetta than the one I owned without much extra expense. After some careful consideration, I purchased a 2017 Jetta Sport with all the bells and whistles. Thanks Roy, and World VW for making a rainy day sunny. More
