We were lucky enough to have Steve Alfano as the sales perso I took my daughter in to World VW a few days ago to look at the Passat S, her dream car. We were lucky enough to have Steve Alfano as the sales person who helped us out. He was kind, informative and a pleasure to deal with. We had a fixed budget to work with as my daughter was handling the payments herself, and Steve and his management went over the top to get us the car she wanted. Steve was so nice that he even leant me a big green bow to put on the car, when I surprised my daughter with it, in our driveway, the next morning. (I will return it this Friday, no worries).
