Mr. Draper is a pro. I would like to mention a few words regarding my experience working and dealing with Mr. Roy Draper. As usual I would assume most if not all people walk into a car dealer defensive and ready to do battle. From the moment i walked in and met Roy he was just as nice, friendly and disarming. After just a few minutes I felt like i had walked in and found a friend of mine working there and feeling pretty lucky. Having been in sales all my life I know the tactics used and I was weighing everything Roy said and constantly being cautious. All through the experience of purchasing my car he was above board, the same friendly person as when i walked into the door. He followed up as he should the following day but not being too much... The moment the car arrived I received a call? He had it ready for me when I showed up and stayed late while I test drove it! While my credit was being checked for purchase he had the car cleaned and once the purchase was made he walked me through everything, even getting in the car with me to show me how everything functioned. I had bought my first beetle here 10 years ago and thought they were great then, now I'm even more convinced! I'm a VW Beetle girl at heart and there is only one place I will go from now on, that's World VW! More
