Everyone at this dealership is helpful and it seems like they really work to make anyone that comes in feel comfortable. Nobody was pushy and all prices were upfront and honest! Overall pleasant experience, great price and car. I had been pricing cars and trucks for some time having most models and options memorized. When I came to the lot there happened to be a 2016 Jetta SE I had been pricing cars and trucks for some time having most models and options memorized. When I came to the lot there happened to be a 2016 Jetta SEL exactly like what I wanted when I did “Build your own” on vw.com, even with a couple of the nice to have accessories I chose when pricing. Also, the price of the car was excellent, you'd be hard to find this much value anywhere in new car. My sales consultant Roy Draper was very pleasant to deal with throughout the process. Even when I had concerns on extended upsells I realized may not be valuable to me after signing for the car, Roy personally responded in a way that was helpful with no run around whatsoever, he made sure I was able to finalize everything to a point that I was comfortable with. It is that kind of response from Roy that made the overall buying experience very pleasant and a formula to stick with. So far, I am loving the car, very smooth and a pleasure to drive, I am still getting used to all of the convenience. I would recommend World VW and Roy Draper if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More
