Outstanding experience with Wray Fird! I had been searching for a truck for several weeks and was in town for Christmas. Waited 5 hours, spent hundreds of dollars for a FORD custom part that was sold by Ford to my VIN for proper fit; only to have wasted my time. Wray Ford Service took my vehicle for a joy ride, left food custom part that was sold by Ford to my VIN for proper fit; only to have wasted my time. Wray Ford Service took my vehicle for a joy ride, left food in it (nuts) (I don't eat nuts) and did not perform the work. They refused to return the part to Ford. I had to call corporate-took over a month. More
