We have been Wray Ford customers for years and currently have two vehicles we bought there in our garage now. The service department has given the dealership two strikes, both from the advisors, not the gre have two vehicles we bought there in our garage now. The service department has given the dealership two strikes, both from the advisors, not the great, professional folks doing the wrench turning, they're wonderful. Very poor communication. I turned in our truck for repair, I was told there would be a wait, due to amount of back log, which could be two weeks. Called to get an update after two weeks, was told I would get a call back from the guy in charge of transmission scheduling, never got a call. called again a couple of days later, told the same thing, never got a call. Drove their and asked for our truck, was told to wait just a minute, and they guy got the key, pulled the truck up, and said "there ya go". We would have asked what was going on, but at this point it was obvious that no one in the service department front office cared if we were taken care of or not. We left and had the truck repaired somewhere else. The strike before that happened when the service advisor informed us that the tires could not be rotated due to the lug nuts were damaged from being removed so many times. The only time that they were removed was at Wray Ford for service. They know the lug nuts have this issue with the aluminum covers. She asked me if I wanted to replace the lug nuts to complete the service, and the cost would be $110. There is no way that that is the cost to Wray, so they were trying to profit with a mark up on faulty parts that they tore up...nice. We are about to buy a 2026 Ford, will we buy it from Wray? They have always done well with pricing, so we'll see. The only reason we will go in to purchase our next vehicle is Eddy Harris, we have always had a great experience with him and appreciate his professionalism and helpfulness on finding what we want without pressure. I don't normally leave negative ratings, but this is a response to the forth email asking for a review, and it would have been one star, but the folks in back doing the work have always done a great job. I want to thank Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie for making my service trip to Wray Ford in January easy, timely, and peaceful. Karl made scheduling my service appointment for my side-view mirror easy. He listened to my concerns and found a time that worked best for me to get my vehicle to the shop to be inspected. Before contacting me with the repair details, Karl connected with the shop to obtain an anticipated date for when the part could be ordered and delivered, along with the pricing, allowing me to plan accordingly. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew Wray Ford was using quality parts and nothing that would be considered after-market. When I arrived at the Service Department, Karl was waiting on the sidewalk to greet and check in customers coming with their vehicles. Although I had visited the shop previously, Karl ensured I knew where to go after checking in my vehicle. He also remembered when I planned to arrive and told me he had already scheduled my trip home. He said Curtis Luce would be driving me home. After walking through the Service Department door, Amanda Stone was behind the counter, greeting everyone with a huge smile, gracious attitude, and a warm welcome. It was not my first trip to Wray Ford, yet Amanda always makes everyone walking through the door feel part of the Wray Ford Family. The atmosphere is welcoming, the TV is on, and refreshments are available. She doesn't just sit behind the counter and stare; she engages with you. She exhibits the same attitude when you call the service department. I have never noticed if she's having a down day during my visits because she happily makes you and those around her her focus. Shortly after taking a seat, Karl opened the door to tell me Curtis was ready to drive me home. The wait was less than five minutes, which was great. Once the shuttle vehicle door opened, Curtis greeted me with a smile and a wonderful personality. He had taken time to warm the vehicle before picking me up since it was cold that morning. He asked if there was a particular radio station I wanted to listen to and alerted me to my ETA. During our drive, we exchanged pleasant conversations. It felt like I was riding with a friend. I felt extremely comfortable. Plus, he drove very cautiously. He also bragged about how much he enjoys working at Wray Ford alongside his teammates, which supported my opinions about Karl and Amanda. When we arrived at my house, Curtis said he would likely see me again once my vehicle was ready because he would drive over in a separate vehicle to pick up Mr. Reggie after he returned my car. Once my car was ready, I received a call from Karl and an emailed copy of my invoice so I could review the breakdown before submitting my payment. Afterward, Karl said I would receive a phone call about the scheduled delivery of my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Mr. Reggie. He was delightful and pleased to assist me with the return of my car. It was not my first time dealing with Mr. Reggie. He was just as nice the very first time I met him. When he arrived, we exchanged nice pleasantries and laughter about the day. I cannot say it enough. Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie made my service trip easy, timely, and peaceful. Thank you all so very much for being so wonderful. More
