I had a completely horrible experience. I went for an oil change/tire rotation on 2/2/25 @ 10:00am. Total wait time was two hours. Once I received my vehicle I drove home only to realize th I went for an oil change/tire rotation on 2/2/25 @ 10:00am. Total wait time was two hours. Once I received my vehicle I drove home only to realize that NOTHING had been done. No tire rotation, no oil change was completed. Keep in mind I waited for two hours and paid $103. I know this because my previous oil filter with the date and time was still installed. I contacted the service department and was told to bring it back so it could be done. WHAT!!!!! Is that the procedure for oil changes. What and pay for nothing and come back? The service manager made excuses and did change the oil and rotated the tires after I returned for a second time that day. This has completely ruined it for a lifetime ford fan. Never again! More

Mechanics did a great job repairing ny 2012 Ford F150 Lariat. It had fluid leaks and needed a tune up, because the previous "Shade Tree Mechanic" I took it to really messed it up. Runs great now. My issues was resolved, but it was handled very poorly. Decisions were made for me with my vehicle without any discussion with me. The SALES manager helped me out greatly and gave me a used vehicle to drive when service refused to give me mine, however the service manager left a lot to be desired. Communication was poor at best. I even purchased the vehicle and the Ford premium extended warranty at this dealership and was still treated like that. Sales side is great. Service needs some work. More
