Kept my car for 2 weeks, mainly because the mechanic that started on it the first week went on vacation the next week and the service rep would not get it moved to another mechanic that was on duty, so my ca started on it the first week went on vacation the next week and the service rep would not get it moved to another mechanic that was on duty, so my car sat on the lot while the mechanic was on vacation. Everyone was friendly. James the advisor was great, and is helping me with a recall issue also.
