I’ve been doing business with Wray Ford since 1969. My grandpa and dad business with them before that. Then my brothers did. We have all thought they were a great dealership. Oil was leaking from under motor as it was sitting on dealership parking lot after “The Works Oil Change”. I called it to the attention of the desk clerk who checked me out. She asked the shop staff wh dealership parking lot after “The Works Oil Change”. I called it to the attention of the desk clerk who checked me out. She asked the shop staff who performed the work about the oil clearly visible dripping on the parking lot. Someone in the shop said they spilled some oil. I now have oil stains on my home driveway thanks to Wray Ford. This is poor unsupervised service and not what I expect! I will go elsewhere next time. Even the drive through companies don’t send you home with dripping oil!! More

I had such a horrible experience with this service department that my husband and I both sold our Ford vehicles. I have never been treated the way I was ANYWHERE else. This was not a one time thing. I department that my husband and I both sold our Ford vehicles. I have never been treated the way I was ANYWHERE else. This was not a one time thing. It was every time I dropped it off. Nothing could ever be fixed. They kept it for weeks at a time. No communication. When we did communicate I was told repeatedly to call customer service and complain to Ford that they were not providing the necessary tool needed to fix a recall. If it wasn’t one thing it was always another. I was also told that my warranty I bought on my new Explorer didn’t cover a front sensor issue preventing cruise from working. My explorer had 38,000 miles on it. I was told I bought the best extended warranty available and that it was bumper to bumper. My service advisor called and told me it would be 2,000 to repair and that those guys always say that just to make the sale on the warranties but it wasn’t true. That was the day I went to Honda and traded the Explorer in. Upside down and all. It was worth it to get rid of it and not have to deal with them anymore. Plus something was always wrong with it. Great communication. Found the problem quickly and had it fixed in 2 days. Only strange thing was they left tools in the footwell and did not put the fuse box panel back Found the problem quickly and had it fixed in 2 days.
