Unfortunately after having a very pleasant experience with Larry the salesman I had a very negative experience with the dealership as a whole. After being talked into the bumper to bumper insurance by Amanda with a promise I could cancel at any time hassle free and receive a reinstatement of my original monthly payment I decided to cancel a few days later. I’m currently eight weeks out from the cancellation and nothing has been canceled and they are refusing to reinstate my monthly payment but instead issuing a check and applying that to my account but not reinstating my monthly payment as they promised. Additionally the check is in the wrong amount meaning the after the “100% refund” they still owe me $347. They refused to allow me to talk to the general manager promising he would call me soon, multiple days past and I’ve called back multiple times and I cannot get a hold of the general manager. ultimately they were dishonest about the cancellation process, or completely unaware of how the cancellation process works. Either way the check that I will receive will be in the wrong amount and the original promise it was a reinstatement of my original quoted monthly price which is not happening.
