Inspection and brake pads needed I always have my service performed by the dealership and am never disappointed. It was free.!! Went on a weekday @ 9:30 am to avoid a long wait!! This dealership doesn't take appointments for oil changes. This was disappointing to hear, but out of my hands. Was told it was an 1.5 hour wait! On her own volition receptionist Teresa spoke to her manager-she had me in & out in less than 30 min, wow! She didn't have to do that, but she took the initiative to show how much she cared & understood it was an oil change, not an engine overhaul, lol. I greatly appreciated what she did for me!! What a Great Employee you have in her!! Hope she gets a raise or some sort of acknowledgement for her being so great..!! More

Unmatched Client Service I normally opt out of dealer service, mostly because there is no feeling of loyalty in return and the service is mediocre at best for what seems like I normally opt out of dealer service, mostly because there is no feeling of loyalty in return and the service is mediocre at best for what seems like has been over charged in price. BUT....when it comes to Wright Nissan and there service team, they really do make you feel appreciated and I always leave feeling satisfied that I got more than I paid for. Teresa and Walt are not only friendly, they are also informed, quick to address a problem and if they do not have an answer immediately, they will before you are finished with your appointment. And they make recommendations that I feel comfortable to follow their advice. I would encourage anyone to bring their vehicle to this service center. More
