Was told it was an 1.5 hour wait! On her own volition receptionist Teresa spoke to her manager-she had me in & out in less than 30 min, wow! She didn't have to do that, but she took the initiative to show how much she cared & understood it was an oil change, not an engine overhaul, lol. I greatly appreciated what she did for me!! What a Great Employee you have in her!! Hope she gets a raise or some sort of acknowledgement for her being so great..!! More

BUT....when it comes to Wright Nissan and there service team, they really do make you feel appreciated and I always leave feeling satisfied that I got more than I paid for.
