Excellent diagnosis and repair I made an appointment because of an issue with the starter on my 2010 Altima. The service dept. quickly diagnosed the problem as the brake switch. Unwillingly took my car to a dealership for work. I always hated the thought of taking my car to a dealership for inspection and repairs. Until now. The service dept. was excellent. My appointment was I always hated the thought of taking my car to a dealership for inspection and repairs. Until now. The service dept. was excellent. My appointment was for 10:00 am. I dropped the car off at 7:30. By 8:45 they had called to tell me what I needed. The car was finished and washed by 12:00. Teresa was a pleasure to work with. Very happy with the whole experience. Things are good here these days! About 2-3 years ago the service here was shady at best. Whoever was choosing the staff was making bad decisions. Today, and over the last couple of years, things have been a lot better. Their customer service is excellent no a days. Everyone is going to have problems with their car and need repairs, even when not expecting it. What matters is that I can trust the staff and their assessment of my cars needs. They are realistic, and understanding. Teresa, especially, is great. Great come back guys. Keep it up. In my book, if you do a good job, and I can trust you, then you have a customer for life. More

Everyone in service has been excellent at communicating with me about repairs etc. Recently bought a new Rog I have been a Nissan customer since 1999.
