Larry was unenthusiastic about the thought of even selling a car from the first time we met him. He went on to deny a harsh brake vibration in a certified used vehicle. Larry and Lou both misrepresented doc fees as required by PA law (which are actually optional and the dealer charges the maximum allowed under law) and miles to justify price. Robert (Bob) finally stepped in and reasonably negotiated a price with us. I may shop there again but would try out a younger salesman who wants to make a sale. This was the stereotypical car purchasing experience where I was upset with the process to the point of walking out before Bob stepped in. John was a friendly face to complete our paperwork. More

Really poor experience trying to get a quote on a used vehicle. Took three days to get a response on my online request (after automated initial message). On Day 4, Royce still refused to give me a quote vehicle. Took three days to get a response on my online request (after automated initial message). On Day 4, Royce still refused to give me a quote - wanted to know if I had a trade, need financing, etc. This is irrelevant to getting a price on a car. On Day 5, no response. On Day 6, Royce wanted a call to discuss what I was looking for (should have been clear after many emails). If the best price is the posted price, just tell me and I can move on. I have now given up - I am guessing this dealer is suffering like everyone else with COVID demand issues, but I couldn’t even get them to the table to do business. I was willing to do a cash transaction. Very disappointed as the reviews indicate that many others on staff are more helpful. Edit: The General Manager has reached out to me, which I appreciate and he gave me a price. I added two stars for him taking the time to respond. More
