Very poor after-sales service. I bought a part and it was obviously miscoded, it arrived with the correct part number but the part was not the correct one. When I tried to make the claim they responded that it was out of time, which was not true. I only wanted to change the piece since it had been the dealer's mistake and I couldn't get it. I will never go to that dealer to buy something, I will use other channels. More

Purchased a trim part through their website. It only allowed the cheapest shipping option so they shipped the trim part in the original Hyundai bag and slapped a tag on it. They did not contact to say that it would cost more to ship it with better protection. It would obviously not make it in original condition. Tried calling and leaving messages for a month with no call back. Finally got in touch with the parts department and they referred me to USPS for a refund but they shipped via USPS first class with no insurance. They suggested I ship it back to them for a refund and would not reimburse for the shipment of the damaged part back. Avoid the parts department, they think just because USPS accepts the shipment that it's not their responsibility to pack it to survive shipment. More

My 18 Kona broke down while I was making the trip back at home. The quote I got from the dealership that had my car in MD was a bit too ridiculous. Even though I have been mainly using Wright Way for the maintenance, I had this idea in back of my head that dealership service departments were crooks. I am going to be honest, I was wrong with this specific dealership. I highly recommend the service department and plan on going back with the maintenance for my car. More
