Go see David Joiner!! He made the experience of looking for and buying a vehicle so easy! I never felt pressured to buy anything over my means and he LISTENED to me. Every other dealership I'd been to did for and buying a vehicle so easy! I never felt pressured to buy anything over my means and he LISTENED to me. Every other dealership I'd been to did not do that. I felt as though they were only there for the sale. David spent the entire day with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was so nice and really knew his stuff! Any chance I get I pass out his business cards. THANK YOU SO MUCH, DAVID!!! I will most definitely return for future purchases :) More

I have bought several vehicles from various dealerships in the past and never had a very good feeling about a deal when driving my new car off of the lot. I did not get this feeling when I bought my new Ac in the past and never had a very good feeling about a deal when driving my new car off of the lot. I did not get this feeling when I bought my new Acadia from Wyatt-Johnson. David Joiner was very courteous and friendly and did not use the "Let me go talk to my manager" excuse during negotiations. In the future, I will buy all of my vehicles from Wyatt Johnson and I most certainly will refer David Joiner to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again for the professionalism, David! More

We are getting ready to retire and the time came that we needed a new vehicle. As we have been repete customers for this dealership we automatically decided to return for this new vehicle. Both Joshua a needed a new vehicle. As we have been repete customers for this dealership we automatically decided to return for this new vehicle. Both Joshua and James were very helpful and spent time answering our questions. The did not rush us in or out and we felt very "at home" with the negotiations. We left feeling very comfortable with the type of service and with the vehicle we wanted. More
I just purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT-2 from Wyatt-Johnson through Calvin Williams as my salesman and with James Conley as the sales manager. I did very thorough research before finally pulling Wyatt-Johnson through Calvin Williams as my salesman and with James Conley as the sales manager. I did very thorough research before finally pulling the trigger on selecting the Terrain as my vehicle of choice, and both Calvin and James were extremely helpful not only in making the entire experience a breeze, they also made sure to speed up the process knowing I'd just gotten off work from third shift. James really went the extra mile with working some magic crunching the numbers on my trade-in and the final numbers came out exactly where I wanted them to. This Terrain is the sixth vehicle I've bought from Wyatt-Johnson with both Calvin Williams and James Conley being instrumental in providing not only outstanding customer service, but ensuring my personal customer satisfaction was at a level nothing short of first class. If you're looking for great customer service as well as a huge selection of vehicles to choose from, with Wyatt-Johnson, Calvin Williams, and James Conley, you'll become a lifelong customer just like me. Thanks again guys! More
I came in to get my 2011 sierra serviced and saw James who is a long time friend and sold me my past 4 vehicls from this dealersip. He and I talked about the nw 2013 sierras ad said he would like to see a who is a long time friend and sold me my past 4 vehicls from this dealersip. He and I talked about the nw 2013 sierras ad said he would like to see abut a deal fo me. I told him to see what he could do n within an hourr so the paperwork was done. He called for Rusty and we walked the lot and I told him what tyle vehicle I liked and what acssories I preferred and he went out on the lt and picked excatly what I would buy. After the test rive it was a done deal! They installed the side steps for e, filled it up and also promised me a ca wash as it was about 12 degrees out and could not have been washed at that time. I have dealt with this dealership for years and will fo no where else. I have referred many friends to Jmes and this dealership to purchae new cars as well. I currently live in Ashland City and drive an hour just to keep my business here...they will have to go out of business for me to go anywhere else. More
I am a current graduate of Austin Peay State University and I have a limited budget. I told Josh this and he took me to the cars he thought would best fit my needs. I enjoyed the fact that he did not shove and I have a limited budget. I told Josh this and he took me to the cars he thought would best fit my needs. I enjoyed the fact that he did not shove brand new cars in my face. He was very professional and he made me feel comfortable. We did not find a car I like the first time I came but he continued to look for me and a week later called me to tell me he thought he had one I would like. I came in and he was right, I am now the proud owner of a Pontiac G6! I had a wonderful experience with wyatt-johnson and I tell everyone I know looking for a car to go there and ask for Josh Robinson. More
I am a soldier stationed at Fort Campbell, KY and I had visited this dealership a total of three times hoping to narrow my wife's decision on an SUV. We worked with Josh Robinson all three times, asking q visited this dealership a total of three times hoping to narrow my wife's decision on an SUV. We worked with Josh Robinson all three times, asking questions, talking about options, incentives, etc. On our third visit my wife and I went with Josh to talk about numbers and what it would cost while our trade in was being appraised. Josh almost seemed to have flipped a switch from the salesman we spoke to in the car lot to the salesman that was helping us with numbers. He almost became unresponsive as far as what my wife wanted as far as a monthly payment. I told him what my max payment a month would be and he went and spoke to the manager to see what we would get without money down with my trade-in. After returning, he said that our payment would be roughly $40 over my max monthly payment. So I went with the rule of the thumb that for every $1000 financed you spend $20 a month. So I said I would put down $2000 and Josh once again said " let me go see what you would have to put down to make your monthly payment mark." He returned saying that I would have to put down $5000 to make my mark. After I told him that was wrong and he agreed that it is $20/month for every $1000 financed he seemed to have given up on me because I didn't do what he wanted. He then asked me to run my credit to see exactly what I would get and I told him "no" because I wanted to agree on a final vehicle price before hand and then he completely shut off. It seemed like he didn't want to make a sale, at least not to me anyways. A couple days later, I received a phone call from the internet sales manager concerning my experience at the dealership. She asked me if I was upset about the value of my trade in and I told her that I understood why they gave me what they did. I expressed to her that the down payment they wanted me to pay was ridiculous and didn't seem to add up. She began to belittle me as far as explaining that "the more I put down, the lower my payment would be." (I believe this is common knowledge for most at least). I snapped back saying that I understood the math about the down payment. She then told me not to give her an attitude which threw me off because I was not trying to. I hung up the phone on her because she was being ridiculous and rude. - To my observation, the GMC dealership claims to be the best in Clarksville area only because of the military community surrounding the area and with soldiers returning from deployments. Places like these feed off the soldiers. Josh Robinson knew what I made with base pay, BAH, and BAS all off the top of his head. The sales people are rude and if you don't pay what they want you to pay they seem to not want to help you. It's almost like they would rather not sell a vehicle than cut money off of it. I just noticed that they had the most 2012s remaining all the lot compared to all the other dealerships I visited. (which was 4 by the way). I don't understand how you can be in the business of car sales and not want to bend over backwards to sell something. More
