We moved from Clarksville to Knoxville a year and a half ago and we have gone back to Wyatt Johnson and bought 2 vehicles! We have no plans on using any other GMC dealership because of the family atmosphere and great people we work with! More

Amendment to original review. I had a different review originally. I am changing it due to the outcome of a meeting i had with new cars sale manager and general manager. A quick ov I had a different review originally. I am changing it due to the outcome of a meeting i had with new cars sale manager and general manager. A quick overview of of my original post was that i was in the market for a different bigger vehicle and through there integrated system a guy i purchased a vehicle from previously contacted me after i visited a sister store. We talked and said he found the perfect one for me. So he set everything up before i set foot on location. He did all the leg work and helped compare similar styles to what i wanted. He ensured me that they were going to give me a xxxx of a deal. Went and looked at vehical and I agreed to buy pending the deal they give me. Well after everything was said and done i find the data sheet they keep on the window inside the car and the price on the car is 1500 less than what they charged me. No where on any paperword had it said the price of what was on the actual vehicle. Every number mathematically came 1500 more than it should have been. So naturally this made me upset...I was put in touch with management about my review and requested me to come in for a meeting to discuss the numbers. I arrived and we discussed why i was not happy and felt the way i did. Where the issue laid was they did not have a second sticker on this vehicle which included a extra 1500 on top of the other sticker price for things like scotch guard on seats and some other stuff. Had this additional about 3 inch by 12 inch sticker been there i would not have got upset looking over numbers and truly believe that they tried to screw a repeat customer. I haved changed my review not due to the dealership "highly advising" or anything like that. Rather i have changed it because they called me for a meeting to discuss where the issues on numbers came from. They attempted to ensure i understood and was happy with the deal. I can respect that after they read a damaging review on their establishment they wanted to try to make things right. Which they did try to make things right. I know they have a reputation they want to uphold and i respect that. I am still a little upset that a small piece of paper that was left off the vehicle has caused this. Naturally when numbers dont add up on a major purchase, someones going to get upset. If this additional sticker was there we all would have walked away somewhat happier. I understand things happen. We are all human. I just hope that they ensure this additional sticker (which is rather important to know exactly how much a vehicle is without tax, tittle ect) is on every vehicle they sell in the future so that this does not happen again to them or another customer. I did appreciate them taking time to speak with me. One of the managers had the day off and a busy schedule, however he made the attempt to meet with me personally and not just communicate over phone. After knowing what i do now about vital paperwork missing, this does not seem to be a bad deal. They worked with me to ensure that i got into a new vehicle and out of my other. I hope this review clears up somethings to those who have previously read my review. Unfortunately a sticker that told the actaul as equipped price was missing off the vehicle, but things have been cleared up and i am not as upset as i was ( now just that the sticker was missing but i eventually will get over it). Things happen sometimes. More

Even my credit was not so good WJ found a finance company that could accommodate my needs. The service department has always been beyond reproach in my view. I wish I could say that about all the dealership I have encountered in my lifetime at age 55. Keep up the good service, nothing to change. More

We were told our credit wouldn't be negatively impacted. Decided not to buy from here and a few weeks later we bought from somewhere else. When the other dealership ran out credit report, we were SHOWN that Wyatt Johnson GMC had submitted an inquiry that got pulled by about 15 different lenders. That was in one month. They'll do anything no matter how it impacts your credit to make a sale. I knew car salesmen were crooks but they are crooks to a whole new level. More
