We were not told about a delay with our accessories and when we came down to pick up the new vehicle “Ready to go” they weren’t there. That required a return trip. We were there at eight am., for accessor installation. The car was ready in maybe three hours but the paperwork was misplaced and we did not get our car until two thirty. That was unsatisfactory in our opinion. So the sales people get a five and service department gets one or two. Six hours in a car dealership, with no updates, cooling one’s heels is way too long.
