This my first time using the service center and I was not impressed. They were installing a trailer hitch and I was told it would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours. I left the dealership 5 hours later. This Subaru location lacks integrity, transparency, and honesty. The service advisor, Emma Pry, was sneaky, condescending, and needs to go back to training. She couldn't even justify or apologize for her mistake until I said I would be contacting corporate and leaving honest reviews in various places. I've never had an issue with any other Subaru dealership before and do not plan to visit this one ever again. Also, my car ended up being misdiagnosed. I'd drive my car back to Colorado Springs' Subaru location before I would ever step foot in here again. Rude, sneaky, misdiagnosing my car, and then trying to convince me to add 2.6k worth of unnecessary services on top of that. Do better. You give Subaru a bad name. More
Pros: Big nice dealer great play room for my kids and great snacks and coffee. Cons:I had an appointment for an oil change and took over a hr. There was not many others in front of me. Under stand it's a dealer and you guy hold ur standards high on quality but I am a ex mechanic my self and I produced better quality and faster and way more affordable work for a mom and pop shop. Lower your fees and lower labor charges and I might consider returning. More
