My sales rep Dorion was excellent. As was Joshua the Financial rep. Overall the process of purchasing the vehicle was entirely too long. I walked in at 10:45AM with a check from my bank in hand, thinking the process would take a couple of hours. I departed at 4:30 PM. That's over 5 hrs. The bottom line is the paperwork procedures need to be better streamlined for customer service and efficiency. More
