Where to begin. First, I'll say I came an hour and 45 minutes before my appt. time. , so I expected a wait. I was only there for an update to the infotainment cent First, I'll say I came an hour and 45 minutes before my appt. time. , so I expected a wait. I was only there for an update to the infotainment center. I was in the waiting room for 4 hours and 7 minutes. Yes, I was kept up to date on the progress, or lack thereof. My advisor, Scott Winstead, was very cordial. Definitely should put him in sales, as I was told I need four new tires, rear brake pads, spark plus, cabin and air filter, brake fluid flush. Once I finally got my car, the glove compartment was laying in the passenger floor board and the cabin filter had been left out. It happens; I know. Here's the deal, I know some cars take longer than expected, but I just keep thinking if I had come at my appt. time of 1:30 and been stuck there until 5:30, that's just not acceptable. Thank you for the bottled water and comfortable chair. More
