This service department is always fast and informative on what they are doing and gives accurate time frames for completion of service. The rep was great. Beyond nice and empathetic. BUT...the part for my car was shipped back to Subaru due to it being "30 days" since my initial appointment in May. At no Beyond nice and empathetic. At no time, was I contacted by Wyatt Johnson to let me know that the part had been in at one point nor had it been shipped back, prior to driving an hour and a half one way. I had to make this appointment on my own. Apparently, the company that owns Wyatt Johnson has a central call center who does not communicate with the dealership. Had they communicated, this trip would have not happened and the part could have been reordered for installation at a later date. Again, the rep was fantastic and was empathetic. I am angry that there was poor communication and I was not reached out to prior. My phone # and email address are on my account. Just poor form. We're going to be in the market for a new car in the next year or so. I doubt it will be another Subaru from Wyatt Johnson. More
Quick service. Brought an issue to the departments attention at previous appointments but they didn’t “experience” the issue until a recall was issued by Subaru. Once that was issued, they suddenly experienced the same sounds and vibrations that I had been complaining about for the past year or so. All in all, still a great service department. More
