I had a horrible experience with the service department today. I dropped off my car last night for A 7 a.m. appointment. When I tried calling to see if the car was ready my first call got disconnected the today. I dropped off my car last night for A 7 a.m. appointment. When I tried calling to see if the car was ready my first call got disconnected the second time I was told I would get a call back shortly. I'm still waiting on that call to come. I got dropped off at the service department in time to head to work. My car wasn't ready, I was told that their were no keys in the drop box this morning 2 people had checked it. Nothing like being called a liar. Marvin and I went out and checked the box and their was my key. No apology from Marvin about the mistake. No GM to talk to he was in meetings all day, that was understandable. Went to Derek Martin, who sold me the car and told him what was happening with the car, he helped calm me down and I got an apology for the service department from him.
