Drove all the way from coastal georgia to buy our car from wyatt johnson. We have purchased our impreza and Forester almost 5 years ago and return to buy our new car there again. Richard Adams was there to help us ick out our vehicle. He was very patient and kind in our decision making process. We were offered drinks, and shown the facility if we needed anything. Derek the sales manager was very nice and also patient. Buying a new car is a very draining process in which we did not feel pressured and they did everything they could to help us upgrade to a new vehicle. In a few years it will be time to upgrade my sti to a newer one and will make the drive again. More

I had a horrible experience with the service department today. I dropped off my car last night for A 7 a.m. appointment. When I tried calling to see if the car was ready my first call got disconnected the today. I dropped off my car last night for A 7 a.m. appointment. When I tried calling to see if the car was ready my first call got disconnected the second time I was told I would get a call back shortly. I'm still waiting on that call to come. I got dropped off at the service department in time to head to work. My car wasn't ready, I was told that their were no keys in the drop box this morning 2 people had checked it. Nothing like being called a liar. Marvin and I went out and checked the box and their was my key. No apology from Marvin about the mistake. No GM to talk to he was in meetings all day, that was understandable. Went to Derek Martin, who sold me the car and told him what was happening with the car, he helped calm me down and I got an apology for the service department from him. The service department needs a major overhaul and education on how to treat customers with respect and empathy. Written by Tina a very disgruntled customer. More

When we arrived at the dealership of Wyatt Johnson Subaru a gentleman came out and asked if he could help us and we told him we are looking. He said he would get a salesman to help us. The man he sent out to us was Derrick Martin who treated us not as a man to make a sale but a person interested in seeing that we understood what this car was all about. Derrick gave us a guided tour of this Subaru Forrester and enlightened us on all the features so we got a feel what the car would and could do. Derrick informed us during the test drive about how the different features affected the way the car handled. and let us enable some of them. Great.. Very interesting concept which we would have to learn as goes but also we had switches to disable a lot of them and ease into a new driving experience. Thank you Derrick Martin for your being courteous, helpful and patient with us. We had an excellent experience and met some great people. You guys know how to make a buyer feel relaxed and not pressured to get the vehicle, model, color and equipment we might want in this car. Again thanks to each of you. More

They do not honor the USAA price Buyer be ware. This dealership is listed as a dealership that honors the USAA price, but they do not. They are unwilling to honor their agreement with Buyer be ware. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car to work with a different dealership. If they do not honor their agreements up front you can’t trust them if something goes wrong. There are other dealerships that will honor the USAA price and are happy to work with service members and their families. After the way they treated my husband today, I would give them negative stars if it were possible. More
