First time my wife and I had our 2024 Subaru Forester serviced at Wyatt Johnson Subaru in Clarksville TN, our service adviser was Scott Winstead. In a nutshell, we went in to have 30k brake fluid replace serviced at Wyatt Johnson Subaru in Clarksville TN, our service adviser was Scott Winstead. In a nutshell, we went in to have 30k brake fluid replacement service performed, a job that normally takes 45-60 min to perform, it did not. Navigational system up date.... wanted to charge $199.00 to perform this, but this vehicle is still under warranty with 32K miles, we passed on that. We also asked Scott Winstead, our service advisor if he could replace 4 new tires that we had already purchased online. This job (tires) should have taken 45 min at best. Cost of Brake Fluid replacement $219, twice the cost of an independent shop. Cost of Tire replacement and balancing $140 (cheaper if I had gone to Walmart). Hidden cost $37.26 for "customer pay shop charge for repair order"???? Lug nut replacements $38.40 This was never discussed with us during initial agreement on cost. Other hidden charges was a credit visa card sur-charge of $14. Our overall experience twice the national average on cost and time. We still love our Subaru Forester, but will trade it in for a new one, probable at another dealership, not Wyatt Johnson Subaru. More

I cannot thank you all enough for the excellent service I received yesterday. I had a few issues with my Subaru, and everyone was wonderful.
