Very happy since they opened this dealership and service center. Previously had wait and have issues getting an appointment when using the one on Wilma Rudolph. Today they restocked snacks and actually came around and offered everyone waiting a snack. Everyone has been friendly and Scott kept me informed. More

When they walked out to look at your used cars they were greeted by your Sales Consultant Leslie Robinson. They were looking for a preowned Kia Telluride and Mr. Robinson showed them the two that were on hand, a 2021 and 2022 model. After a test drive they decided to buy the 2022 Telluride. One of their reasons for buying at Wyatt-Johnson is the lifetime drive train warranty. They were very satisfied with their buying experience. . More

They order and force you to pay for parts you don’t need, like it was your fault they ordered it in error. Did a “complete inspection” on my car, everything perfect except for cabin air filter. Well my winds like it was your fault they ordered it in error. Did a “complete inspection” on my car, everything perfect except for cabin air filter. Well my windshield actually had a over 6 inch crack. I wanted to talk to them about repair for windshield but they checked the box saying the windshield was perfect on this inspection so I went elsewhere for repair. Cabin air filter was actually fine. See they are just told which items, like various filters, to push to generate revenue so they don’t really inspect. The front house of service center has very helpful very personable staff, they are great when they check you in, the people in the back actually doing services, not so much. I think I’ll get oil changed at Valvoline and warranty services at another dealership. I thought about contacting this dealership’s Subaru Ambassador to lodge a complaint about this dealership with Subaru. More
