I recently brought my Audi S5 to Wyatt Johnson Subaru for some service work, and I have to say this experience was nothing short of outstanding. While it’s not every day you take a German performance car to some service work, and I have to say this experience was nothing short of outstanding. While it’s not every day you take a German performance car to a Subaru dealership, the professionalism, transparency, and quality of work I received exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me and my vehicle with genuine care and respect. The service advisors were incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t miss a beat when discussing the unique needs of my S5. They kept me well-informed throughout the process, and there was never any pressure, just honest recommendations and clear communication. The technicians clearly know their craft, and the work was done efficiently and to the highest standard. My Audi came back running flawlessly, and they even went the extra mile with a complimentary wash and a full inspection. It’s rare to find a dealership especially one that doesn’t specialize in your car’s brand, go above and beyond like this.
