Very good job to whoever does the customer service training. I only gave a 4 rating today because it wasn't mentioned to me at the time that I could only use one coupon at a time. I handed the young lady (very sweet young lady) my coupon for an oil change and a tire rotation. It wasnt till I got the finale bill that I was told you can only use one coupon at a time. I could have made another appt for the tire rotation to get the coupon price. Also I would have thought that since I bought 2 of the tires there at the dealership I would have gotten a discount anyway on the rotation. In the past I have delt with dealerships that offer free tire rotation if you purchase the tires from them. Lesson learned I guess. I do love this dealership because of its customer service but will purchase tires elsewhere in the future More
