The worst service department ever took my car multiple times for an oil pan leak. The car was leaking again in less than 6 months. It took 3 more times to fix the issue. It's never been fixed a bunch of e times for an oil pan leak. The car was leaking again in less than 6 months. It took 3 more times to fix the issue. It's never been fixed a bunch of excuses and SOA is useless. Move out of town and got it fixed by another dealer. More
Twice I’ve taken my car in for a recall. The first time they had my vehicle for 4.5 hours. Yesterday I had a 7:30 appointment. I called 3 times for updates. The 1st time they were unable to local anyone so a msg was sent, 4hours later I called again and once again they were unable to locate her, So a second msg was sent to her and the managers, 3 hours later I called to find they had closed for the day and would need to call back in the morning. This dealerships service is so subpar I would give negative stars if possible. So buyer beware, Find a different dealership, After the sale they really could care less about you and your needs. More
