I purchased my Camry new from this dealership this summer (2023). That was an average experience with nothing exceptional either way. My review isn’t about that but about their service department… I ran over (2023). That was an average experience with nothing exceptional either way. My review isn’t about that but about their service department… I ran over a tiny piece of metal less than an inch square, it pierced through my tire and caused a very slow leak. I brought my car where I purchased it. Mistake. I took the tire off and put the spare on myself, when I dropped my car off the tire was in the trunk. I told them if it could be patched I wanted it patched (the car and tires had 4,100 miles). I was sent an estimate for a whole new tire $360, a shop fee ~$50, and taxes of $81. Almost $500 for a new tire. I texted my service advisor, Paul, asking if the tire could not be patched. I then called and spoke to Paul who told me he was, “just about to call me”. He said the tire could not be patched, he never mentioned that perhaps it was the dealership’s policy to not patch tires, just that it couldn’t be patched. He then went on saying he didn’t know how I did things but if it were him he would get two new tires so the wear on one wouldn’t affect the drive or alignment on the other three. I explained that one new tire wouldn’t affect anything as all of them were basically brand new with only 4,100 miles on them. He didn’t sound excited with my answer, then said they didn’t have that exact tire in stock so they’d have to order it and replace it the next day. After thinking about this I called back to say I’d be coming by to see the tire myself so I could make an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed, I expected to see the tire off the rim so I could look at the interior puncture. My tire was still in the trunk, still on the rim, the metal piece was still in the tire, and there weren’t any new hand or finger marks on the rim which had some road grime making my hand marks very visible. I asked what made them determine the tire was not patchable. I was told the inspection revealed the tire was not patchable. I asked what inspection? I pointed out the tire wasn’t moved, wasn’t touched, and clearly wasn’t looked at. I then took out the metal piece by hand, revealing the actual puncture area to be less than the size of a pen tip, and asked why such a small puncture wasn’t patchable, that I’ve had tires patched with punctures 1/4” square successfully and safely. I also asked why the metal wasn’t removed for inspection. I was told the inspectors must have put the metal piece back in after looking at it. I tried and could not put the metal back in, it was obviously never removed. At this point I could clearly see I was being lied to and given the run around so I told them I would be taking the tire somewhere else for a second opinion. They were shocked I wasn't leaving the car there, they genuinely expected me to take the tire but leave my car. I was then told they would have to take the new tire off my ticket but I’d have to pay for the tire inspection. I asked what I was paying for since the tire wasn’t moved or even touched. I was told they dunk the tire in water to find the leak. First, I said, you can see where the leak is there was a piece of metal sticking out of the tire. Then I pointed out that the tire was never wet, my trunk is dry, and the tire is still just as dirty as it was when I dropped it off. I was then told they sprayed soapy water on it to find the leak. By this point I was beyond appalled. I could not believe that a large dealership would this blatantly lie, take advantage, and try to scam me out of not only $500 for one tire, but $1000 for two tires, and was now attempting to charge me for services never rendered. I started pointing out all of these things in front of everybody when I was quietly ushered out, handed my keys, and thanked for coming in. I took my car to a very reputable tire shop and paid $35 to have my tire fixed. If I didn’t know better Paul at Wyatt Johnson Toyota would have taken me for $1000 over a $35 fix. Shameful. More
My service advisor Carlie was most professional, and she listened to my concerns and got it all down right. Answered my questions and when I came back to pick up my car she went over what I asked for and ev listened to my concerns and got it all down right. Answered my questions and when I came back to pick up my car she went over what I asked for and even gave me a list of suggestions for future services. The car was fixed, and the heater works fine. I have to come about an hour plus, to get your service and I will continue to do so. Thank you Bill Yuenger More

I rate the dealership 4 stars instead of 5 because of their shady service practices. They commonly tell you that thousands of unnecessary maintenance are due when pulling in for service, even before the their shady service practices. They commonly tell you that thousands of unnecessary maintenance are due when pulling in for service, even before they look at your vehicle. The buying process with Jesus Bracino was pleasant. We did not have to negotiate back and forth all day which was nice. I give him as a sales rep five stars. More
Dealing with Wyatt Johnson Toyota is def not a good experience! I was really excited to get my new 23 GR86 but unfortunately all I got was lies from the desk manager Brian. First off he low balled me o experience! I was really excited to get my new 23 GR86 but unfortunately all I got was lies from the desk manager Brian. First off he low balled me on my trade"9400.00" by $5k claiming I had a clutch issue. I had my car appraised at Beaman Toyota their sister store and they gave me $14500.00 against full msrp which was fine. I just had the transmission serviced at the other Toyota Northand they said there was no issues with my car. It wasn't slipping but he was trying to devalue my trade. It does not cost $5k for a clutch, it is $1968.00 per Toyota North! I left that day which was 3 weeks prior to them calling me saying they just got in the car I was looking for so I said lets work some numbers. I wanted $14500 for my car and I was good with paying msrp for their car. He continued on about my trade so I said to take 1800 off for a clutch. He agreed and I reiterated again I would not pay over msrp and they agreed to it, I even have the texts from the salesman. I went in to look at the car and test ride it before I purchased it. I asked for the window sticker twice that time and they said it was lost or thrown away in detail. I left and came in to paper and again asked for it, my salesman said I'd have to get it from the sales manager. Then they said they were getting me ready for finance, again, I wanted to see the window sticker. Finally Brian came out and showed it to me and he was $4k over msrp so I called him out on it. That was not the deal we discussed on the phone/text and I was really pissed off now. We sat at the desk, Brian across from me and I told him that he was lying and knew the numbers would be screwed up, that's why he supposedly couldn't find the window sticker. I asked him why he wasn't keeping the deal we agreed on. Then he says he had to pay an extra $1000 to get it to the dealership for transportation fees. It was xx after xx and he finally asked what it was that needed to happen to make me happy? I said be a man of your word and quit lying to me over and over. I ended up paying 1k over and am pissed that I had to even do that but I had just removed a $7500 stereo system out of my car and paid to re install the new stock system that was never used or I would've said go pound sand. He kept telling me that he has someone waiting if I was backing out that was willing to pay $5k over msrp. I don't care about that, you should've never called me then in the first place! Don't buy from this dealership, super shady managers like Brian need to be out of this business because they give a good dealership a bad name. I told him that I do his job but in the Powersports industry "21 years" and pride myself on not being shady but being totally transparent and ethical which are key to being successful and building repeat business. Profit is not a bad word so msrp is fine, I just don't want to get the beat down, lied to and walked all over though. I got a great car but this is the worst experience ever! Let me reiterate, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER, THERE IS TOO MANY OTHER GREAT ONES TO BUY FROM THAT WILL TREAT YOU GOOD! More

After a traumatic car accident that totaled my vehicle I was really dreading the car buying process...I was very content with my old car and was willing to drive it until the wheels fell off. As I worked th was really dreading the car buying process...I was very content with my old car and was willing to drive it until the wheels fell off. As I worked through insurance stuff and getting finances squared away I started looking for a vehicle online and absolutely LOVED the look of the 2020 Hyundai Venue from Wyatt Johnson Toyota's listing. I had a similar "this is the one" experience with my previous 2015 Toyota Corolla I found online just 3 years ago. I went in for a test drive and fell in love with it in person. Devin was with me for my initial test drive. I wasn't ready to commit yet and when I went in a few days later Penny Henry was extremely helpful since Devin was on vacation. She answered all my questions, listened to what was making me apprehensive, reassured me that the decision would feel peaceful if it was the right on, and affirmed that she was here for me in the process. She fought for the numbers I needed and has been so extremely present in my experience even after I have already driven off the lot with my purchase. Something I was dreading became one of the best experiences I have had and I am so thankful for Wyatt Johnson Toyota and Penny Henry! AND my service dog Oaklie loves more space too!! More
