I’ve also reached out to my attorney and also Wavey Tv 10 on this matter . The public needs to be aware of what this dealer ship is doing to people. They had no problem tacking the money for the truck and then the money for the warranty. I asked before I made final payment on the truck about the extended warranty and they told me we will in spect the truck. Took the truck up to them to get some minor things done and told the service rep Bob who just came back off of vacation that they needed to do and inspection on the truck for the warranty . The sales man called me that afternoon and said your truck is ready. So my wife and I went to pick the truck up and the salesman Rich told me I needed to go see Cole. We went in Cole’s office and he yes sir this is what I’m going to do for you on the warranty and I was like kool. Cole wrote up the warranty and I signed it and he signed it , wrote him a check paid it in full . Until the trucks a/c stopped working. Then I get a call telling me I have to wait 30 days for the warranty to kick in. That the truck needed and A/c compressor and had a oil leak, the bearing in the water pump was bad and needed tore placed and it was going to cost me 6,000 put of pocket and I told the service writer that had the warranty and she told me me she would get with Cole and call me back. I never got that call. Please people don’t buy anything from this dealership , because they like to break the law and breach a signed contract and a paid contract. I would like to know who owns this dealership. I liked better when it was Freedom Ford. More
recently took my car to Wynn Ford for a diagnosis on two serious issues, and I was shocked by the cost. They charged me $129 per diagnosis, totaling nearly $400 just for identifying the problems. One of the issues was just the tire pressure sensor light, which I knew wasn’t a big deal. Had I known they would charge $129 just to confirm that, I wouldn’t have even bothered. In my experience, most shops charge a flat fee for diagnosing multiple issues, and the most I’ve ever paid elsewhere for multiple diagnoses was $200—far less than what Wynn Ford charged. If you need a diagnosis, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of shops that won’t nickel-and-dime you for every single issue. Save yourself the unnecessary expense and look for a repair shop with fairer pricing. More

Penn knows the business inside out, handles every detail, walked me through the buying process like a walk in the park, made my buying experience very enjoyable. I appreciate D. Penn, treated me like I was family and to earn respect you must first show yourself friendly. D. Penn showed me that. I would recommend D. Penn each and every time. I've been leasing Ford F-150's (4) and Escapes (4) from Wynne Ford since 2011. I keep coming back because of the consistent service during the leasing process, despite living over 40 miles from the dealer Wynne Ford since 2011.
