I took my 2020 Escape in for an oil change and work on a recall. A sensor went off on the way there. Had to order that part and the 2nd part they needed for the 2nd recall is on back order till April. St recall. A sensor went off on the way there. I purchased a 2018 Ford explorer a year ago and I have had nothing but issues since the purchase. And not only do they not work with you and try to make things right knowing they have sold me a lemon the had nothing but issues since the purchase.
