I tp0ok it for its oil cha In early sept I bought a 2013 XC-60 from Wynn Volvo in Hampton, Virginia. As of this week I’ve been happy with the vehicle. I tp0ok it for its oil change and found out it was needing a 50k check and it would be approx. $283.00 less $125.00 for the free oil change. The $283.00 included the required tire rotation valued at $39.95. I asked when the next check up it would need and was told every 10,000 miles and the one I just paid was the least expensive. That I could expect them to be as high as $600.OO which included a tune up. I asked it the money included the cost of the tune up and was told no it was additional. Plus 39.95 for a rotation each time. I paid $1000 additional t0 have this car on CPO which I was told at the time meant certified with additional warranty. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME!!! When I was buying the car Tony the sales manager was pushing free oil changes, free oil changes and CPO. I asked at the time “what’s the catch” I was told no catch! I was not informed that CPO required additional money being required at each oil change and if not paid the car would not remain a CPO car which means NO free oil changes NO free tires!! I wasn’t lied to but deceived by Tony the Volvo Sales Manager!! Im going to report this to then BBB and tell everyone I can find to not do business with WYNN Volvo and Ford Rodney Call More

The used Car Manager Tony Shaltz personally deliver the car to my home with his lot Guy. I test drive it for 3blocks and check engine comes on!! It needed plugs &coils and they help me with that, which was great on there part, but 9 months later and only putting 5,432 Miles a Rod knocking bearing blows my engine up !! Yes the smart idea would be to always buy a used car warranty, but I would ever or recommend any ONE to buy a used car from those guy's.. We are looking into the Lemon law with couple of Lawyers. Terrible experience. More
