The owner didn’t just speak rudely; he used foul language repeatedly, shouting across the shop and cursing as if it were normal business practice. His behavior escalated when I informed him of his tone and language. He then directed sexist remarks toward me, making it clear he believed women shouldn’t question him or expect basic respect. I was further told to “shut the f*** up” so he can think when he was unable to answer questions I had concerning the payment of the vehicle. At one point, he outright stated that I was “stupid and ignorant” and that, as a woman, I “knew nothing about cars.” He didn’t imply it — he said it plainly, aggressively, and with complete confidence, as though misogyny were part of the service package. The arrogance was staggering. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It wasn’t a bad day. It was a grown man, the owner, choosing to belittle a customer with vulgar language and gender‑based insults instead of doing his job. If this is how he treats people, I can only imagine how he handles the work behind the scenes. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you value professionalism, respect, or basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. More
