I went to Xtreme Nissan today to see about purchasing a car and the service was horrible. When we first walked in we were not greeted right away. It took about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Th car and the service was horrible. When we first walked in we were not greeted right away. It took about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us. The salesmen that came over and greeted us first was nice but he was in the middle of helping someone else. He then passed us over to another salesman that was nice in the beginning. I did the application process and the gave all my information. He asked me about the car that I wanted and I told him. When then went to look at cars and I picked out the one I wanted. He then brought me back inside to start the financing process. We waited over 30 minutes for him and the financing person to come and tell me that I needed to put money down and asking me how much was I going to put down, when the advertisement said no money down everyone leaves with a car. We'll that wasn't the case with me. After another 30 minutes, he then comes to tell me that he's going to bring a jeep out for me to see. I said, I don't want a jeep. He says let me go get it so you can see it and then he came back I n and was just walking around and never said anything until we got up to leave. We he saw us getting up to leave he said what's going on and I said we are leaving, I'm just not going to worry about it. Then the financing person came out and said oh let me try on the car you want and see. I then said, you told me that I had to pick something else, then you come again saying oh no you have to get this one, I said make up your mind which is it. Then he said ok give me five minutes, then we waited almost another 30 minutes fir to never come and say anything. This was the worst experience that I have ever had in my life. Customer service is the worst ever. More

John was an AMAZING sales host! This was my first time buying a car and I was so nervous because I knew the price range I wanted, but wasn’t sure if he could give it to me. He truly helped me and my sister and worked with us! We traded our car in and he was able to give me and my sister a car in our price range! We walked out with no money down. I am sooo thankful that God allowed us to walk into him and for him to help us! I was truly blessed to know he came from education just like me. I am a teacher and to know that he was also a teacher was amazing. I was blessed to know he was able to sell me one. John Godfrey is truly sent from heaven! His personality is A1 (AMAZING). He was patient with us and actually listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly that! He was honest and made it super easy for me to feel comfortable about my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE! He worked overtime and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with our decision. We saw a commercial advertising the trade in deal and that is what initially brought us in to buy the cars. John Godfrey was absolutely amazing from beginning to the end. I have never had a car salesm that is what initially brought us in to buy the cars. John Godfrey was absolutely amazing from beginning to the end. I have never had a car salesman that was personable and thorough from start to finish. He greeted me with energy as soon as I walked in the door. We laughed the entire time while we made sure I got the best deal that I was comfortable with. What I loved about his customer service was that he did not rush me into making just any deal. He was patient with me while I figured out the best decision for my own needs. He was not pushy nor did he get upset when I declined the first offer that was made. I did not feel like he was making another deal, it felt like family to me. I didn’t know him prior to this but I will literally refer everyone that I know to him. The ability to make someone feel like family that you just met is not something that can be taught, it is either in you or it’s not. JOHN GODFREY JUST GOT IT!!!! I feel like I just gained a new brother!! I hope nissan knows how much of an asset John is to the company! His service was a 10/10!!!! Absolutely amazing!!! More
