In and out fairly quickly, great customer service, even vacuumed my jeep reminded me of the service at the Puyallup location where they always vacuumed and washed my jeep after a service vacuumed my jeep reminded me of the service at the Puyallup location where they always vacuumed and washed my jeep after a service More
Service took a little longer than expected. 2 full days with my truck. Did fix one of the issues. The other couldn't pin point the problem but overall was good. 2 full days with my truck. Did fix one of the issues. The other couldn't pin point the problem but overall was good. More
I’m concerned about the inconsistency in the service reports. In the past I was told I needed new tires at 25k miles, and when I questioned the rotations I was told they had been done correctly and that reports. In the past I was told I needed new tires at 25k miles, and when I questioned the rotations I was told they had been done correctly and that because I have an SRT I should also be performing alignments. Later, during an oil change, I was told the brakes needed replacement, but the most recent report now says the brakes are completely fine. I also previously reported issues with the radio, and the dealer replaced parts twice. However, during the latest visit I was told no problems were found. I later noticed that the software appears to have been updated, but this was never mentioned to me, nor was I told that if the issue continued after the update I should return. Additionally, I was informed that if no issue was found I would have to pay a diagnostic fee, even though the vehicle is still under warranty. Now I’m being told the current issue with putting into drive does a shifting hard “ kick” is normal, even though it wasn’t happening before. It would be helpful if prior service records and previous concerns were reviewed before giving these conclusions. More
