Call to make an appointment for a recall on Monday. Gave the person on the phone the recall number. They said they could get me in on Thursday. My oil change went as planned, no issues there. My passenger side vent hasn’t been blowing any air for quite a while and I asked them to look at it. Scheduling was fine but the person that scheduled the appt didn't write anything about why I was there other than an oil change. I had also discussed getting a quote for a headrest repair (which I had as appt didn't write anything about why I was there other than an oil change. I had also discussed getting a quote for a headrest repair (which I had asked for several months prior at the previous oil change appt and never received), a tire rotation, and a recall repair for the backup camera. Which I had to go over with a different person when dropping off the car; the car was dropped off at 8:15 AM by 4:15 PM no one had called to say the car was ready. So I had to call and check to see if the car was ready. The guy had no idea so he had to check with someone else. When he got back on the phone he said they weren't done with the recall and hadnt completed the quote yet. I was told I could come get the car but I would have to bring it back to finish everything. He said or I could leave it and get the car the next day. Since grabbing it and bringining it back in would be more difficult we decided to leave it. The next day the same thing happened, 4 o'clock rolls around and still no call. So I had to call and the person I spoke to said they were just now finishing up with the quote. After picking up the car the guy just took us to the pay counter and laid all the papers there. He didn't walk us through the oil change or any of the checks for the car that are normally performed during that. He also didn't go over the headrest repair quote. The girl at the counter had no idea either and I don't blame her because it's probably not something she was even taught. So we had to go back over and ask for someone to review the paper work with us and even then the guys that were there (3 of them) all looked at one another like none of them wanted to do go over the papers with us. No one said anything about the recall repair and a couple of days later an alert popped up on my screen saying that I needed to take the car in for the recall repair which was one of the reasons the guys said they had to keep the car overnight. Overall, it was a poor experience and I wish I could say it was the only poor experience at this location. More
Brought in my vehicle for electrical issues. Voiced my concern and hesitation to continuously throw parts at it due to a previous dealership doing just that. Another part, another 1k spent, vehicle returned as fixed and safe to drive. Broke down less than 2 miles from the dealership with the same issues. "Communication is key moving forward", is what I was told... Now 2 weeks after the incident and still haven't gotten an update or diagnosis. Cant recommend this service center to anyone. More
