Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. We called and the guy didn’t know and says he will call back…. 45 mins later we call again and he still didn’t know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won’t be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it’s for Yakima but they won’t take them! More

I had them flush my transmission in April.I have a leak I had them flush my transmission in April. I have a leak now that I called and asked when they could look at the leak I was told I could schedule an I had them flush my transmission in April. I have had three major repairs done at this dealership over the past four years. It takes a long long time for them to fix things. Their quality control is horrible, they send you out the door with thing over the past four years. It takes a long long time for them to fix things. Fix all the problems just the ones they need to to get the dashboard light to go off. Last year they sent me out the door after putting in a $6000 transfer case and never tested it to see if it goes into four-wheel-drive. It didn’t and wouldn’t and I got stuck in the snow. More
