Best experience so far! I have been looking around for a new car for a few weeks now. Let me start by saying that their staff was SUPER helpful and very kind. They answered every question and they were able to help me find the car that would work best for me. I went in with my mind set on one thing but was able to find an even better option with their help. They worked with my budget, which wasn’t easy, and put me in an awesome new car that day! Being that it was Memorial Day when we went, we had to wait on the banks before I could do paperwork. NO problem! I was able to drive the car home for the night (it was great!!!!) and when I went back in to do paperwork the next day, it took LESS than a half an hour. It took me less time for this process than with my last car at a different dealership. The crew at Yankee Ford is fantastic, if you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking them out! Went in for a oil change and now I have a new fusion I had Travis as a sales person, he went over the car with me showed me all the bells and whistles. Really walked me through the car. Travis and Bob worked miracle deal and got my wife out of her 2010 Fusion which She was over ended in a car that wasn't worth anything! They gave us a miracle deal! He went to get a finance guy. First this finance guy ignored us and kept "talking to his cousin or nephew" John said. After a while he came, he did not even tell me his name[UNPROFFESSIONAL]. What I saw; he is tall, big and threatening. He is elegant and rude he did not listen, instead he asked if I had the title of the can I was driving and if I was ready to take the car today. Lets look the math first I said. He rudely responded" your math wont work. ........................ On my way out .... he was cursing under his breathe. More

They came out and told me I needed brakes and tires which would be close to a 1000 dollars if I got the good all season tires. I said I don't need ones that are great in the snow because I have snow tires. He looked at me and said wow your smarter then I thought. Yes and I won't be getting any work done there. I did my brakes for 50 not 350 like he quoted me and I did tires for 230 not 700 like I was quoted More
