I could not find a mechanic in the area and had my car towed to Yankee Ford. I had the most pleasant experience with Pat Murray at the service desk.He went out of his way to help us by offering us a complimentary rental car for the weekend. What could have been a very unplesant vacation turned into a wonderful time in our favorite vacation spot,Maine. Pat even called us after we picked up the car asking if everything was working properly. I have been a Ford customer for over 40 years and commend the staff, especially Pat at Yanlee Ford. More

Rude sales person I attempted to clarify Sean the sales persons statement about the payments on 2 different vehicles and his response was that difference was 6 vs 5 mon I attempted to clarify Sean the sales persons statement about the payments on 2 different vehicles and his response was that difference was 6 vs 5 months followed by "you do the math" in a very demeaning and disrepctful tone. He was not apologetic when I said I didn't appreciate his tone and would not work with him at which point he hung up on me. I would not recommend this dealership. More
