Yankee Ford - Service Center

Got an F150 a few years back FROM THEM and two years later during their inspection told me the frame was rotted through ! Then today went to get my newer F150 inspected but went thrught some water the c later during their inspection told me the frame was rotted through ! Then today went to get my newer F150 inspected but went thrught some water the check engine light came on so I asked them to check it out rather do an inspection and was told it would cost $150. and would take 1.5hrs. Went to Auto Zone did it for free ! Avoid this dealer at all cost !!! More

Having just relocated to Portland she brought the car in for a recall notice and Terrible experience w/ my daughters 2014 Escape, inv.# FOCS411289. Having just relocated to Portland she brought the car in for a recall notice and oil change. Car was delivered 5 days later than quoted, in addition they did not bleed the cooling system so it had to be brought back due to a service light and poor performance. But the reason I'm writing this negative review is the oil change. Their work order clearly shows Full Syn oil however they used a blend in addition they overfill the oil putting in 5 qts instead of the 4.3 qts (all documented on their service report); when my daughter brought the car in for this they went out and pulled the dip stick and showed her it was to the proper fill level; HOWEVER when I pulled the dip stick later it was clearly was overfilled. (ie: they fudged the level before they showed her) They under performed and went out of their way not to be fair to her. Any positive reviews below must be all fake! More

They came out and told me I needed brakes and tires which would be close to a 1000 dollars if I got the good all season tires. I said I don't need ones that are great in the snow because I have snow tires. He looked at me and said wow your smarter then I thought. Yes and I won't be getting any work done there. I did my brakes for 50 not 350 like he quoted me and I did tires for 230 not 700 like I was quoted More

Great Sercie and wonderful people We have a 2016 Ford Fiesta. While having an oil change at our neighborhood mechanics they notices that our front Struts had burst and there was oil leaking. I called Yankee Ford Service Dept and told them my problem and they told me to bring the car in. My Mechanic had suggested that the repair may be under warranty and I mentioned this when I made the appointment. We went at the appointed time and was told the parts that were needed were in stock and at that point they gave us a ride home to wait until it was fixed. About an hour later they called and sent someone to pick us up and take us back to get our car. It was a great day, coverage was warranted and it cost us nothing. I was very glad of that. We are seniors and do not have a lot of extra cash. On top of that, the people who worked there were so nice to us. I thought the whole experience could not have gone better. More
