Yanz Auto Group 6515 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90042 sells only patched up presentable dysfunctional vehicles. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander Hybrid that looked and drove amazing. I checked under the hood I checked battery charges and all information was ”disclosed" at time of purchase. Within two weeks of purchase I had battery problems with both the hybrid and the auxiliary battery. Being highly concerned I took it to a mechanic and they also found problems with the brakes the suspension and other mechanical issues in the vehicle. This group of salesman is untrustworthy and will sell you a vehicle that is on its last wheel. I ended up trading in this vehicle to another used car dealership and had outstanding warranty refund that took over 60 days for them to communicate and process. Robert the receptionist is incredibly rude and will hang up on you and spin your concerns on status updates against you by stating that you are the aggressor and calling and trying to get a resolution for the refund. Ivan the finance manager is an idiot. He openly stated several times that Carmela the finance accountant will “try” to do her job this week and “possibly” send my warranty refund out when she is able. This song and dance went on for 60 days spare yourself the heartache and skip the used car dealer on the corner of Waste you time and xxx, 6515 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90042. More
