Kevin Phoenix was completely amazing. He walked me through the vehicle, explained everything on the vehicle. He found exactly what I wanted, and in the price range I wanted. My overall experience at the dealership was wonderful, I had went to 2 other dealerships and had awful experiences. This dealership is wonderful, I can't stress enough how this dealership is the place to go. They are polite, helpful, and if they can't get you financed no one can, they are that amazing!!! I thank them so much for making my first car buying experience happy and not stressful like other dealerships had! More

Wendy in the Service Dept deserves a huge shout out. I deal with customer service reps on a daily basis and 95% of the time issues never get solved in a timely manner. Wendy went over and above to help m deal with customer service reps on a daily basis and 95% of the time issues never get solved in a timely manner. Wendy went over and above to help me with my needs and all issues with my Jeep were solved in one day !!! It was absolutely wonderful to find a willing, helpful employee who does their job instead of picking up their paycheck and leaving their customers dissatisfied and frustrated. Then, while calling Megan Corley about the great service I received, she offered to send me a gas card just for taking the time to compliment Wendy. Yark obviously cares about the customer, a rare find !!! Thank you Wendy...keep up the good work. Thanks too Megan. Yark will always be my first choice for anything I need pertaining to the automobile business !!!!! More

We have chosen Denise Kaminski as our sales lady for several purchases/leases now and we have always been extremely satisfied with Denise and all of your staff. We ended up getting not one, but two new several purchases/leases now and we have always been extremely satisfied with Denise and all of your staff. We ended up getting not one, but two new leases - a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Town & Country van. We love both and thank you all for a great experience. When I was outside getting things out of our former van, your custodian even offered to help me and offered me a bag for my things. Offering us drinks was a nice gesture also. It was late when we finally left, but all staff remained kind and helpful. We are sold on YARK! More

After calling on a friday to inquire about a used truck, we set up an appointment with Jason Wernsing to view and test drive it on saturday. Being the concerned shopper, we stopped by friday night after hours to "sneak a peak" with no one around and ended up seeing a new truck we had more interest in. The GREAT thing was we went from purchasing used to new and was able to keep the same salesman. All the associates treated us with the utmost respect and everyone was very friendly, helpful and informative. Even better than that was when it came time to finance the vehicle, Yark was able to get us a better rate on the loan than the bank I had been dealing with for 15 years!!!!!!! I took delivery of a shiny, well detailed and very beautiful truck monday. With a full tank of fuel. Thanks Jason!!!! More

I had a great experience with Yark and would certainly recommend them to any friend or family member purchasing a car. On the day that we were to pick up our vehicle, the Toledo area had bad storms and l recommend them to any friend or family member purchasing a car. On the day that we were to pick up our vehicle, the Toledo area had bad storms and lost power, Yark still had me in and out in 30 minutes even with no computers or anything working. We signed what we could and they mailed anything else to me since we were coming from 3 hours away. Smooth and solid experience. More
