I changed my mind multiple times and was indecisive in what I wanted (essentially I was a pain of a customer) but, Nick was patient and willing to change searches as I changed my mind. A truck came in on the last day of the month. I came in at 6pm that day and Nick (and the Kistler Team) fit me in and got me out the door with the new truck in a reasonable time! Nick was not a pressuring salesman and provided personalized above-average service while trying to help multiple customers at once. I had come in months earlier looking for a CPO and had been looking at other trucks at other dealerships which didn’t deter Nick or change his treatment of me.
