Sold my vehicle to someone else I was in the process of being financed for a vehicle. Kistler called me and told me “Good news, the financing went through and we got you approved. I was in the process of being financed for a vehicle. Kistler called me and told me “Good news, the financing went through and we got you approved. But the truck is gone. Someone else came in and bought it.” How do you sell a vehicle that’s currently in the process of being financed to another person??? Shady move!!! Do not trust Kistler Ford! More

He was also very friendly and helpful. We financed through our credit union and Tj respected that and was not pushy to finance through them. We appreciated that very much. We also ordered all weather mats from the dealership and the gentleman that helped us ( I cannot recall his name) was very friendly and shipped the mats to our house. We drove from Fort Wayne to get this vehicle and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Definitely worth the drive. More

The fiance manager was honest and only gave the warrant mileage he thought we would use and not be overpriced with mileage we would never come close too. We appreciated that! Wonderful atmosphere!
