Great experience I bought a used F-150 yesterday, excellent vehicle, good price. Deon Valentine was an excellent guy to work with. While looking for a truck, I checked I bought a used F-150 yesterday, excellent vehicle, good price. Deon Valentine was an excellent guy to work with. While looking for a truck, I checked on-line at every dealer within 50 miles for a good, low mileage F-150. Most dealers had one that met some of my requirements; Kistler had three good trucks that met my requirements. After talking to them, they knew the trucks and what to stock. After checking blue books values on three different sites, they were pricing fairly as well. They were also just great to work with. Everyone I talked to listened to me, they were relaxed, and they tried to work with me to find the right vehicle for me. I did not feel the typical pressure and sales games I have at other dealerships. I will definately go back again the next time my family needs a vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase in terms of the quality of the truck, the price, the trade in value they gave me for my old truck. Plus very nice just to have good people to work with where you don't feel pressured into a vehicle that doesn't quite meet your needs or is overpriced. I think these people are doing it right. I also got my wife's car detailed and complete brake job, rotors and pads, which was a great experience as well. More

It does not get any better than this. I applied for financing and talked to Rebecca and she directed me to Ed Wilcox. I talked to Ed for a while we waited to hear back from the finance man I applied for financing and talked to Rebecca and she directed me to Ed Wilcox. I talked to Ed for a while we waited to hear back from the finance manager. They were not able to help me at this time. But when talking with Ed we had quite a conversation and and Rebecca checked in on me to make sure everything was going fine. In a few months when I get my finances worked out I will be back. They went above and beyond with me. I was just not a sale for the company. I worked with Tom Muirhead many years ago at Quality Ford. I know he is on top of his game in the service department. It is like being around family when I was there. More
