It does not get any better than this. I applied for financing and talked to Rebecca and she directed me to Ed Wilcox. I talked to Ed for a while we waited to hear back from the finance man I applied for financing and talked to Rebecca and she directed me to Ed Wilcox. I talked to Ed for a while we waited to hear back from the finance manager. They were not able to help me at this time. But when talking with Ed we had quite a conversation and and Rebecca checked in on me to make sure everything was going fine. In a few months when I get my finances worked out I will be back. They went above and beyond with me. I was just not a sale for the company. I worked with Tom Muirhead many years ago at Quality Ford. I know he is on top of his game in the service department. It is like being around family when I was there. More
