Best Experience I have ever had at a Service Dept. I had been working with Jennifer in Service, I regretfully say I purchased a used Ford Mustang at a Chrysler Dealership and paid the price. I had issu I had been working with Jennifer in Service, I regretfully say I purchased a used Ford Mustang at a Chrysler Dealership and paid the price. I had issues with the vehicle about 300 miles into owning the car and the other Dealership asked me to take it to Kistler rather than their dealership. The other Dealership decided not to honor my 90 day limited warranty nor did they offer out of good faith to have the vehicle repair done or to pay for Kislters time and energy. I am highly commending Jennifer for going above the call of duty as a service representative for Kistler. She must have called the other dealership on my behalf at least a dozen times and no one from the other dealership would return her call. She negotiated with Kistler to reduce the actual cost in 1/2 and my 15 year old son was very pleased to learn that the bill was reduced. Jennifer thank you so much for your empathy and showing that people still care about great service. My son and I hour extremely grateful for your integrity and you have a loyal customer for life. Great Customer Service I've had great customer service from this dealership from the time I bought my car to it's daily service needs. They always do a great job on my car, I've had great customer service from this dealership from the time I bought my car to it's daily service needs. They always do a great job on my car, and never do anything without my consent. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great car buying experience and equally as good aftercare. As for my appointment today, Todd did a wonderful job keeping me informed on my cars progress and explained everything when it was complete. Excellent Service We have taken our 2010 Fusion in Kistler several times for service even though this was not where we purchased the vehicle. excellent experience I needed tires for my truck, I was referred to you by Sonja pauly. I called about the tires and Abe was very polite to Sam me what tires I had on the I needed tires for my truck, I was referred to you by Sonja pauly. I called about the tires and Abe was very polite to Sam me what tires I had on the truck so he could price out new ones. Nick, the service advisor made me feel very comfortable. Dominick Franklin did the service, just so you know, I had a problem with the drivers side rear wheel lock up, after Dominick did the inspection and tires it hasn't locked up since, and the brake pedal feels better. So what ever he did I greatly appreciate it. And Sonja pauly met me at 8:00 am on her day off and sat with me in the waiting room, while my truck was in. Then she showed me some of the vehicles in the show room, she has a lot of knowledge about them. She was very thorough about the cars. I thought it was very nice of Sonja to do this. I will definitely have my truck serviced there again and recommend you to other people. More

The insurance company had me take the car to Kistler Ford on Central Ave. when I picked my car up not only was i impressed with the body work I noticed that they popped out a dent that was not accident related as a courtesy. I am the father of two young boys. My car is never clean and has toys everywhere. They took the time to detail my car and organize the toys for the boys. My car looked like it just came off the line and was ready for sale. I can not THANK YOU enough for the professionalism and extra efforts you have made for my car. I appreciate it very much.
