Aaron Byler is probably the most honest car salesman. I have gotten my last 3 vehicles through Aaron and he truly goes to bat for his customers. I received a letter today from Kistler Ford. It says I need new brakes immediatly. I had my car serviced 2/04 at Kistler..Said my brakes are fine..I had new back brakes put on less than 5000 miles ago.. need new brakes immediatly. I had my car serviced 2/04 at Kistler..Said my brakes are fine..I had new back brakes put on less than 5000 miles ago.. The service advisor,,Bill Zuccarell wasn't polite. He lied about the brakes.. RO#6184363/1. I have told everybody not to go to Kistler. It was 3/16 when I went in for a recall and was told ALL my brakes were MM,,metal to metal.. Don Crabtree More

Initially, I had a very pleasant experience communicating with the service team to coordinate a service on my Ford. I was told I would have my vehicle back by the end of the day, no sweat. However, once the with the service team to coordinate a service on my Ford. I was told I would have my vehicle back by the end of the day, no sweat. However, once the facility's closing time got closer, I rang for an update and was told they would call before closing at 6pm. I made sure they knew I would appreciate this as I did need my vehicle for work tomorrow and was told that would not be a problem. 6:05pm I called, hoping someone would still be there to answer, and spoke with an individual from sales that had said everyone in the service department left. It is very frustrating to me that apparently clients can fall through the cracks and not be notified or updated in any way shape or form when their primary mode of transportation is in the shop. I would have planned accordingly had I known I would not have my vehicle back. It is one thing if the repair was on something of lesser importance - but someones car...? I hope this is not a common occurrence More
